We recommend using Ø5 mm reinforced rope for mounting djembes or drums with any kind of natural skin.
This rope can be used to braid tension loops on the metal hoops of a drum, in which case its “round” shape makes it particularly practical when these hoops are a little too wide in relation to the drum body.
